Today the firm handles matters in any state of the country. Several are under review before the Supreme Court of Justice of Mexico, which means the rulings that come out will set precedent for later cases. That is the kind of matter that reaches us.
Most of our clients arrive on their accountant’s recommendation. When an accounting firm refers its client, it puts its own relationship on the line. That is why our standard of response is not negotiable.
We serve companies and individuals. We work matter by matter or as the company’s external legal department, depending on what the operation requires.
Several of our matters are currently under review before the Supreme Court.

How we work
Four stages, no surprises

First contact
We receive the matter by phone, WhatsApp or the form. We ask for whatever documents already exist: notifications, records, contracts, official letters. Without documents there is no serious reading.

Reading the matter
A lawyer reviews the file, verifies deadlines and tells you which route applies, what can be achieved and how long it takes. If there is no route, we say so in that same conversation.

Engagement terms
Scope in writing, defined fees and the name of the lawyer responsible for the matter. Payment by cash, transfer or deposit.

Litigation and progress
A direct channel, no intermediaries, and progress in writing. You know what stage your matter is at without having to ask.
