We already work this way
A share of the matters we handle is referred by accounting firms and tax consultancies. The accountant spots the legal problem before anyone else: a notice, an audit, a partner blocking the shareholders meeting. When that matter goes beyond their scope, the risk is losing the client entirely.
The arrangement is simple: you refer, we litigate and you stay informed of the progress. We do not offer accounting services and we do not seek to displace your relationship.

Will you offer my client other services?
We do not provide accounting services. If your client needs something outside the referred matter, we tell you first.
Can I take part in the strategy?
Yes, and it helps. In tax matters the accountant knows the operation and the working papers better than anyone. We include you in the initial review when the client authorizes it.
How are fees handled?
They are defined per matter and in writing before we start. Any referral or participation arrangement is agreed directly with your firm.
